Our Story
Over 30 Years of Building Young Athletes & Scholars
We opened Bare Foot in 1994 with a simple goal: help kids of all ages grow physically and mentally through gymnastics and Montessori education. What started as a passion project by Cathy Gwilliam has become St. George's most trusted youth training center.
Today, Bare Foot Gymnastics and Montessori Pre-School/Kindergarten is where kids acquire self-esteem, build strength, and develop character through the beautiful sport of gymnastics and the academic education of the Montessori method of teaching.

Gymnastics builds character, self-esteem, builds morale and better communication skills, fights depression, aids in weight loss, lowers blood pressure, and so much more. The skills and habits taught and created in the world of gymnastics are life changing."
